Comments: I am trying to replicate the sound on the XP-30 into Garageband on my Imac. with either the M-Audio midi cable or with the Scarlett 2i2 interface. I cant get any record sound out of the 2i2 and the midi records, but only a basic piano sound. I can't locate the round computer cable 8 pin on the back of the unit if that is needed. Any suggestions?
Comments: Muito este Site ,comprei um XP-30 a 1 ano e tudo funcionando perfeitamente , e agora do nada o teclado travou , desliguei o teclado e ao liga-lo , o teclado ficou todo desprogramado , com o USER DANIFICADO , já fiz o RESET de FABRICA e não volta ao normal !! preciso URGENTE do ARQUIVO de ATUALIZAÇÂO DO SISTEMA OPERACIONAL (VER.UP) para o XP-30 ! POR FAVOR ME AJUDE !!

Comments: Hi Johannes Great you put this site up! I've had my XP30 since the mid 2000s. Just getting around to hooking it up to my PC. Using a Yamaha UX16 cable (basically a midi in and out converging to USB). My pc doesn't seem to recognize the connection. The power light on the UX16 lights up so there's signal. I installed the yamaha and roland drivers but no love. Also installed ChangeIt! as my librarian.
Got any suggestions on where to find help getting the connection to work? emails work for me best. Thanks for any guidance.
